Alana Tedmon is a nomadic illustrator, currently living in Dallas, TX. She has a deep love for the dark, the whimsical, and all the points in-between, which drive her to put pen to paper every single day. Her work has been recognized by both the Society of Illustrators and Infected by Art and her past clients include Sky Castle Studios, Mcgraw Hill, WOB Cars, and many other independent writers. She graduated with her BFA from the Art Institute of Dallas and also studied illustration under award-winning artists, including Edward Kinsella, Audrey Benjaminsen, and Sterling Hundley at the Visual Arts Passage. She enjoys skiing and going on long walks with her husband, as well as spending time with her 3 pet rats, Mayolord, Teriyaki, and Duke BBQ.
